When you think of a summer in Europe your heart can’t but help miss a beat. Visions of vespa’s, gelato, azure oceans, French Martini’s and bronzed men and women instantly make us grab for our phones to check for the miniscule possibility there might be an ‘affordable’ flight over, or failing that a giant size suitcase we could stow ourselves away in, or even the possibility of a ‘Catch Me if you Can’ style plot. Skirt & Top

The chic ‘Forget Me Not’ crop top is by Showpo, you can pick it up on their US ($35), AUS ($45) & EU sites (€31) and the best part is you can wear a bra with it without showing the straps! The skirt is from Stelly, you can purchase a similar one (see below picks) for $25.32 USD ($35 AUD) and they ship to many countries worldwide. What surprised us was the quality, it has lovely thick material (not too hot) that gives it a weightiness not usually associated with skirts in this price range (even when they aren’t on sale). Not to mention it is exceptionally flattering.

Bag

We originally bought this bag from Tony Bianco for $89.95 AUD ($65 US) and whilst they are no longer in stock you can pick up a gorgeous Diane Von Furstenberg Bag at matchesfashion.com for around $130 US (see our picks below)

Shoes

The Cicely wedges by Michael Kors are the ‘must have espadrille’. The woven platform, that tapers in to give a more feminine shape gives the shoe a dressed down feel, however the thin gold straps add back some subtle glamour. We can see ourselves prancing around Ibiza in these…PRANCING I tell you! You can still pick them up from Amazon.

Jewellery

The gorgeous brooch is from Louisa as are the bracelets. We picked them up in store for $16 AUD for the brooch and $12 for the bangles, although they often have deals on if you buy more pieces.  The rings are from our personal collection, the pink sapphire and diamond trilogy ring you can find at Michael Hill (on the US and AU sites).
